  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as tank tops, camis, and other intimate apparel are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process your returned item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
